A comfortable, welcoming stay made memorable by the staff’s genuine hospitality.

Beautiful, modern and great location, 5 minutes on foot to downtown, with just the right distance to avoid the late-night noise. But honestly, what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Their hospitality and friendliness are on another level. They even share a WhatsApp number so you can reach out anytime, even when you’re not at the hotel, which makes everything so much easier. I was in town for a sports event and they had prepared these elaborate “race kits” as a welcome gift for participating guests. It’s those little details that truly set them apart and make the stay memorable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a team that genuinely cares.

Since my visit was short, I didn’t really have the chance to notice anything negative. From what I experienced, everything was comfortable and well taken care of, so no complaints at all.

Todo perfecto. La ubicación excelente, nos fue fácil llegar con Waze, hay que considerar que las calles de Real son muy características, estrechas, asimétricas, pero fácil de llegar al hotel. Un estacionamiento pequeño pero no sufrimos para estacionarnos. El personal que nos recibió muy amable y durante toda nuestra estancia también. La habitación muy bonita, cama súper cómoda, varios cobertores súper calientitos (estuvimos a -1C). El baño muy cómodo y agua calientita. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 3 minutos caminando del centro, eso sí, hay que subir una calle para llegar al hotel pero nada del otro mundo. Definitivamente nos gustó y nos volveremos a hospedar ahí ☺️

Que tenia camas cómodas y no hace pasamos frio

De entrada no tienen lo y es una oficina con un muchacho muy atento pero te dejan tus llaves en una cajita y te dan acceso que no me parece seguro parece airb&b y a mí no me gustan esos alojamientos por eso pago un hotel, me dejaron esperando muchísimo tiempo para entrar y darme acceso afuera del hotel cerca de 35 min, después no había agua caliente, al día siguiente salí volvieron a tardar como 17 min en abrirme para dejar mi camioneta. Parece más una estancia de alojamiento airb&b que hotel, trataron de disculparse pero deja mucho que decir.
