Excelente atención y cortesía del personal en la recepción. El hotel, con espacios amplios, limpio. Agradable construcción de sus edificios e interiores, así como los detalles de ambientación y ornatos agradables. Ubicado a una distancia corta del centro de Huasca.

Considero que deberían capacitar al personal que atiende el servicio del restaurant (meseros). Aunque no buscaría una atención demasiado formal, esta parece más un servicio de una fondita, donde ponen los alimentos y utensilios de mesa en algún lugar que a ellos les da menos trabajo y uno tiene que recuperarlos al otro extremo de la mesa, Además creo que les falta un poco de afabilidad, amabilidad. Una de ellas considero que se portó algo grosera al comentarle lo anterior.
