Nice stay except the very loud noise from TV from empty room next door

Nice and clean facility with big bedroom in a nice setting.

The noise from the room next door was loud the whole night. I contacted the front desk by text and also called him with no response. Finally I talked to him in person and found out that the room was empty but the noise was from TV which was automatically turned on and volume was up even if they are not programmed and no one was in the room. Receptionist did not know how to fix this issue which is a known problem for sometime. I told him just unplug the TV. It was very annoying. I did not have a good night sleep because of this loud noise.

Decent and convenient stay for 1-2 nights.

Location was good, all facilities available, clean

Not much english could be spoken, only one bottle of water offered in room, no coffee/shared coffee for the floor

Nos tocó sin que hubiera evento por lo estuvo muy tranquilo y sin ruido. El desayuno muy bien y los bombones en la fogata

Que no se ponen de acuerdo con booking ,al hacer la reserva dicen que ya se hizo el pago por adelantado y al llegar en recepción dicen que booking no cobra y se paga al llegar. Es confuso

Las instalaciones están increíbles, la ubicación aún que parece un poco alejada está súper cerca caminando y si no les gusta caminar como a mí en la recepción tienen números de taxis seguros que no son caros

El lugar es súper amplio. Y para mí suerte no hubo eventos jajajaj así que dormí tranquila.

Puente en Huasca

La ubicación del lugar era fabulosa, a poco tiempo del centro aunque si preferible en auto. El hotel era muy bonito, muy ameno, y elegante. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía varias amenidades. Hay estacionamiento y el personal fue muy amable siempre.

Quizás hubiera deseado que las habitaciones tuvieran ya sea calefacción o quizas aire acondicionado pensando que la zona tiene un clima extremista. Tambien el área de comedor donde se sirve el desayuno o alimentos es pequeña para todas las habitaciones que hay, quizas podría haber una mejor organización en ese aspecto ocupando otros lugares del hotel.

Las chicas que estan en recepción parece que no les gusta su trabajo, nada calidas, nada atentas, nada simpaticas!!! Ese puesto debe ser de alguien que te haga sentir que eres el rey o la reyna del mundo, que te sonría para sentirte apapachada. Otra cosa que no me gusto, en la habitación que nos tocó, la pantalla de televisión está de lado izquierdo de la cama!!!!! así que la vimos chueca!!!

1. El estacionamiento! Tenían un evento en sus salones y fue muy abrumador buscar lugar 2. El supuesto desayuno, pésimo, literal era hojas de fruta, de lo delgadas que eran las rebanadas, los chilaquiles muy malos y ni hablar del huevo

Las habitaciones son de muro delgado, se oye lo de otras habitaciones. El desayuno es rico pero muuuy básico y no se ofrece un servicio a la carta. Sumaria mucho que alumbraran el jardín en la noche, se aprovecharía y disfrutaría también
