Fin lägenhet i centralt läge.

We loved the apartment because it was beautifully appointed, and had lots of great touches, including tea and coffee, which most places don’t have anymore, plus there was olive oil and salt and pepper, which we didn’t use, but would have had we cooked. There were plenty of bath towels as well as paper towels. However, I suggest having a box of paper tissues so you don’t use all the toilet tissue. Finally, it was very clean and modern, but in an old and wonderfully kept building. The balcony was a big bonus because it was fun to sit out there having tea and coffee in the morning and having a glass of wine at night. That made it even more terrific and it made us feel like we were part of the community. The host, Martina, was a wonderful support person who even made us reservations at a couple of places, and was always there to answer a question, again, unlike many other places where we’ve stayed. She actually made this stay wonderful and we could count on her suggestions.

We did have a pretty difficult time getting into the apartment since you had to have a code and it wasn’t working very well for us though we were tired from traveling. The outside door was easy getting into the driveway, but getting into the building was not clear as to which apartment doorbell to push nor which building and side of the driveway to enter. So I suggest that making that a little bit clearer, would help the next guest. However, Martina was right there on the phone, being extremely patient. She was very calm with us because we’d already had a bad experience on the road so we were pretty tired and a bit cranky. She walked us through the instructions and then we understoof. She actually made the apartments stay a solid 10! High praise indeed.
