La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, è accogliente e il prezzo e buono
La doccia non era molto comoda e non era molto efficiente, non c’è modo di oscurare le finestre completamente, la luce entra nella stanza dato che le tende sono distanti dalle pareti, quindi risulta difficile dormire la mattina e durante il giorno. Lo staff non ha mai risposto ai nostri messaggi, fino all’ultimo avevano paura si potesse trattare di una truffa ma fortunatamente così non è stato.

I would rate our stay here as pleasant overall.
The apartment was clean and had AC in both the living room or should I say first bedroom and also the second bedroom.
The kitchen is very servicable and well set up. It's a great plus point that the place has two balconies at the front and rear end.
It was a very peaceful night's sleep, on the weekend the surrounding area was pin drop quiet and no noise from the neighbours.
Perhaps through my own oversight I assumed that this apartment would be a 2 bedroom setup with a living room apart from both of these rooms.
In actual fact, there are only two rooms which accommodate persons for sleeping purposes. The living room cum first dormitory has a fold out bed along with a sofa. The only purpose built bedroom in the apartment (for which a dining room serves as a throughfare with a washbasin as the toilet/shower cubicle does not possess one) has a single bed and a red pull out sofa bed which has clearly seen better days.
Just bear in mind that for the purposes of resting ones head the possible facilities are as follows:

Teeny sofa only suitable for someone of a shorter stature
Fold Out Bed
Bedroom:
Single Bed
Pull out couch
Also worth noting that the toilet along with the shower is exceptionally snug and tight. Not that we considered it a massive issue for our short stay but warrants a mention nonetheless.
One drawback of the building aside from the apartment itself is that upkeep doesn't seem to be constant in terms of cleaning of the entrance and staircase. It was cobwebs, dust and grime galore throughout the upwards ascent. Also the building posseses no lift and the apartment itself requires climbing a few flights of stairs.

Очень старое здание и очень старая квартира. 3-й этаж без лифта — с чемоданами это крайне неудобно. Душ фактически находится в туалете и пользоваться им почти невозможно. Нормальной кровати для пары нет. Телевизор не работал. Кухня неудобная и непрактичная. Мы бронировали на 3 ночи, но смогли прожить только 2 и уехали раньше, потому что условия оказались слишком плохими. В целом проживание оставило очень плохое впечатление.
