The host was friendly and helped us with the accommodation. Showed us the parking spot and told us the good places nearby to visit and eat. City center was around 15-20min walk, so that's a bonus as well. The place is quiet and comfy.
Utilities can be better. There was a small issue in the bathroom with the water flowing mostly everywhere when taking a shower. Sockets should be taken care of, they are loose and might cause trouble if kids are around. The bed in the living room is not very easy to open up for sleeping, but I can exclude that easily since there is still space for one person there even if it stays closed.

To be honest, we were looking for an inexpensive apartment to stay in that same day. This apartment was 100% worth the price and met our expectations.
It's an old building, with an old entrance and lift, the flat isn't the most comfortable and the air conditioning didn't work very well, but it was really hot.
