Perfect location…. Lovely spacious home. Just need to improve comfort and utilities

Loved the location. Very near our family. Loved the style and decor And Communication with hosts… loved the bath as don’t have near home!!

No pillow protectors on pillows No can opener No oven trays Limited kitchen utensil Blind cords weren’t attached to security clips on walls Front bedroom bed uncomfortable Sofa in lounge extremely Uncomfortable…too uncomfortable to even use.

Delightful, comfortable, relaxing and most definitely would recommend

We had a wonderful stay, the place was spotless, beautiful property in a lovely area and great location. So much space! Hosts were brilliant, great communication, friendly and even posted our coats back that we left aswel to save us coming back. Would definitely stay again for sure. Couldnt of asked for more really. Nothing we didnt like. Most definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much

Avoid at all costs

Location

The advert describing the property bared little resemblance to what we received . Advert states newly refurbished , beautifully styled and includes a garden with outdoor furniture providing a relaxing environment . What we got was a dirty property , no external lighting slippy decking a step made from a railway sleeper and no external lighting , both myself and my colleague slipped hurting ourselves on this . No mattress protectors , no pillow protectors , no bath mats and 1 loo roll between 2 for a 2 night stay. Owner advised that she will mention the comments about the cleaning to the cleaner , she also advised that a previous client must have moved the railway sleeper ??, been trying to get somebody to sort the garden unsuccessfully . Owner stopped responding and is also now not responding to Bookings.com

Was ok and what we needed for a one night stay. But could have been better. Good price.

The kitchen and lounge were nice. Ideal place to stay while we were at a wedding nearby.

The drive. My son caught his car on it going up. The door lock needs sorting. We were stuck inside at one point. There were no toilet roll or shower gel provided. Rug in bedroom was dangerous. Kept tripping over it.

Home from home 🏡

This was like a home from home. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. The hosts kept in contact from booking until our stay making it an easy and pleasurable experience.

Not the cleanest property (finger marks on all doors), unsafe decking for my toddler, very strong smell of drains from both bathrooms & not enough facilities ie tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc.

Refurbished house that was comfortable and deceptively spacious. It was exactly what we wanted. It was very reasonably priced too.

Good space, but needed some attention

Good space for what we needed.

We couldn't get either cars on the driveway. The drains really smelt and the boiler wasn't on, so when we went to shower there was no hot water. Also lacking mirrors.

Perfect stay with friends, thank you

Stayed here whilst we were attending a wedding and it was perfect. Quiet neighbourhood, comfy bedrooms and spacious kitchen.

Modern, comfortable, good location.

Good sized property with off-street parking. Very nice kitchen-diner and main bathroom. Nice neighbourhood. Heating easy to use and effective. Good communication with good directions. Small Tesco and Spar within walking distance. About 15 minutes walk into the centre, which enabled leaving the car behind when venturing into town. 11am leaving time is useful.

Tweaks mainly. Would have been nice to have a small bottle of milk in the fridge to start off the stay. No pot towels or kitchen paper for drying off the odd item when not justified using the dish washer. One bug bear however is that there are no blinds on the main bathroom windows. Windows are frosted but when the lights are on its not totally private, considering they directly face the neighbour's windows and front door with a Ring doorbell on it.
