Great location in District 3 with great local finds in walking distance. Very responsive hosts. Comfortable for a family. Great aircon and we loved having a washing machine.
There was some construction in the street (minor) but that together with some normal residential street noise impacting my kids sleep.

Great location. Loved the quiet alley ways and available food options. The property is also very safe and clean.
Host instructions to get into the apartment were unclear, especially related to door code. We arrived on a very rainy night with our baby and felt locked out. It was not a good experience. Also the travel guide and house guide were duplicate files of just the house guide, which I informed the host of but was not fixed before we left.

There was a 400k vnd cleaning fee that was well hidden, so it was way more expensive to rent than we initially thought.
