Сам номер неплохой. Джакузи могла быть лучше вычищена, были чьи-то волосы. Остальное соответствует описанию. В предвкушении прекрасного отдыха на день свадьбы мы заранее заказали платные услуги на 2 часа позже (в 12:00) check out и на 1 час раньше (в 15;00) check in. Деньги списали, но нигде время пребывания не поменялось. Когда позвонили по телефону на другом проводе женщина была не самая вежливая. Но больше всего удивило другое. Проснулись в 10:20 от дикого стука в дверь. Стучали так, как будто дверь хотели выбить. Открыла горничным. Горничная что-то грубо мне говорит на своем. Отвечаю на английском. Она еще более раздраженным голосом говорит что не понимает меня. Закрыли дверь, пусть сами разбираются во сколько у нас выезд и какого хрена они не в курсе нашего check out заказанного заранее. Вежливые сообщения в переписке, но никакого уважения со стороны персонала.
