És molt espaiós, la cuina està ben proveïda d'utensilis, el lavabo tenia Xampú, gel, cremes hidratants. Tot molt net, ben situat, amb aparcament al mateix carrer. Vistes al castell d'Argos. La mestressa és molt atenta
