L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Le petit balcon est agréable même s'il donne sur la rue. L'immeuble est situé dans une rue animée mais agréable. La chambre est grande avec un grand espace entre le lit et le canapé. Le coin cuisine, bien aménagé avec une plaque de cuisson 4 feux. La salle de bains est très spacieuse...
Mon arrivée prévue et acceptée pour 16h a été compliquée car personne sur les lieux et pas de réponse au téléphone. J'ai dû attendre 45 minutes devant la porte...
Le logement situé au RDC, est peu éclairé car le balcon du dessus ne permet pas beaucoup de lumière...

Met Stelios on arrival. Great host, felt like we were meeting family.
Answered all questions we had. Room was as expected for a studio. One of the bigger ones we had stayed. Felt like a hotel but a bit bigger—fully equipped, good kitchen. We cooked 5/7 nights with no issues. Very quiet room/area. We travelled in late September, so the whole area was nice and quiet. Good little balcony to be able to sit and work from. No washing machine unit in the room, but Stelios offered us to use his one which was very helpful. We are digital nomads and move from week to week, so those small aspects of "living" help us out a lot. Great air con, good fan if you want a more natural breeze. Plenty of charging ports throughout the room. Large fridge. Big wardrobe. The location was great for exploring the wider Methana area by car and hiking up the volcanoes. Good selection of local taverns and people around.
Everything was great but a few small "older" details. Nothing disappointing by any means, but a few chattels are a bit run down. Charis at the dining table are very old and the paint on all of them are peeling very badly.

Localization: perfect. The bed was so comfortable!
cleanliness in the apartment is good. The kitchen requires more work: fridge and dishes that you want to use and shower in the bathroom. overall: it was ok. It's a minor inconvenience
