Theodora Rooms is conveniently located 50 meters from Askeli Beach and overlooks from sea from above. The balconies are spacious, the rooms sparkling clean, and the bed super comfortable. Maria and her family were so very kind and attentive, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Maria even baked cup cakes for my husband's birthday! The price is very reasonable and we look forward to returning again.

It was very clean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Great view! Small supermarket close to the apartment.
Very steep steps to the apartment, it’s ok if you are fit. Some basics like salt / olive oil in the kitchen would be a great addition.

Excellent communication from the host. Great views of the sea.
It is an older basic property. You do need to get out and about to enjoy the island.

Location was good. Views were phenomenal.
Every member of our family had a terrible sleep 3 nights in a row. In the end we couldn’t get out of here quick enough. There is something wrong, maybe it’s the beds and pillows, maybe it’s something else. Had no idea who the landlord/owners were, never met them or didn’t identify themselves as such.
