Wonderful having a good sized balcony with a stunning view — perfect for afternoon drinks and watching all the water activities and boats go by. The apartment is lovely (it looks just like the photos) with a comfy bed, great pillows, and the bonus of a fridge and cooktop. It’s just up the hill from the beach and only a 4 minute walk to a supermarket and bakery, with a few waterfront tavernas down at the bottom of the hill. Maria was a fantastic host - very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The walk up from the beach is a little steep with some stairs, particularly if you have mobility issues, but it’s manageable and part of the hillside setting.

Our stay at Theodora Rooms was absolutely wonderful.
The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening truly special.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything else we needed.
Their hospitality made us feel right at home.
Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Highly recommended!

Theodora Rooms is conveniently located 50 meters from Askeli Beach and overlooks from sea from above. The balconies are spacious, the rooms sparkling clean, and the bed super comfortable. Maria and her family were so very kind and attentive, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Maria even baked cup cakes for my husband's birthday! The price is very reasonable and we look forward to returning again.

Location was good. Views were phenomenal.
Every member of our family had a terrible sleep 3 nights in a row. In the end we couldn’t get out of here quick enough. There is something wrong, maybe it’s the beds and pillows, maybe it’s something else.
Had no idea who the landlord/owners were, never met them or didn’t identify themselves as such.
