Cheap price and quick access to the beach and amenities in the area. The host is friendly and accommodating
Air conditioning unit made very loud noises when in high setting. Walls are very thin and could hear the neighbor coughing and talking. Showers did not have holder for the sprayer so you have to hold it above you while bathing and the water pooled at the bottom very quickly. Driving out of the parking area was tough. You're blind to oncoming traffic and have to slowly enter traffic before you can fully see.
