Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο σε σχέση με τα μαγαζιά εστίασης, τις παραλίες και τις βόλτες στην "περαντζάδα" είναι ιδανική επιλογή για οικογένεια 3 ατόμων. Το μόνο λίγο "άβολο" που ξεπερνιέται βάζοντας στη ζυγαριά όλα τα άλλα, είναι ότι και τα 3 μέλη της οικογένειας πρέπει να μοιραστούν σε μια κουκέτα και 1 μονό κρεβάτι.
Δεν μπορώ να θυμηθώ κάτι που να μας δυσκόλεψε ή να μη μας άρεσε στο σπίτι. Μας ικανοποίησε απόλυτα.

Η τοποθεσία ταίριαζε απόλυτα στις προτιμήσεις μου. Εκτός του κέντρου της πόλης αλλά πήγαινες με τα πόδια σε 15' λεπτά στο λιμανάκι. Είχε κοντά (<100 μέτρα μίνι μαρκετ, καφετέριες και μαγειρείο. Η ακτή ήταν επίσης κοντά, οπότε όλα ήταν βολικά.
Να είχε και δεύτερο κλιματιστικό (για το υπνοδωμάτιο)
