Citrus garden

Une maison rénovée dans un jardin d’orangers. Des oranges exceptionnelles ! Une belle cheminée que nous n’avons pas testée, chaleur oblige. Des équipements plus que corrects mais une salle de bains qui mériterait une rénovation, au moins de sa cabine de douche.

L emplacement le jardin et les oranges des orangers étaient très appréciables. Super hôtes très réactifs.

Poils de chiens qui ont provoqué une crise allergique. Canapé pour dormir inconfortable. Véhicules passant très régulièrement près de la maison la fin de nuit. Manque une salle de bain.

Very polite communication with the lady managing the property, great location to access beach and theatre, simple and spacious living room. Excellent air-conditioning kept the house cool amidst a heatwave.

No Internet for 24 hours (we had to remind them to follow-up on this); bathroom is horrible and in urgent need of renovation (and good cleaning behind toilet, shower drain, etc.; cooking implements are a mixed collection of old things (e.g., no pan, but a teflon-scraped skillet present, a Pyrex with crumbs in it, etc.), other small things that were surprising, e.g., no kitchen paper anywhere too (we bought our own and the same for liquid to clean dishes as there was a tiny portion not enough for 1 let alone for three days); nightmare lights in the living room (only neon really available) destroyed a really good space, we had to make do with the light from the extractor fan and one lamp at the very end of the living room; worse part was the noise. We were there Friday to Monday, Friday and Saturday night the house was literally shaking from the noise of the adjacent Kapaki disco until roughly... 6 am! You can also hear the cars of the motorway in one of the bedrooms, no soundproofing whatsoever, in the other bedroom one ripped off curtain had to be stuck in the door edge to provide privacy/shade as nobody had bothered to ensure curtains covered the entire window length! Broken lamps, one glued together with sellotape! Interesting fact, all of this communicated to the (son?) of the owner who came to fix the Internet on Saturday afternoon. Sole reaction was 'sorry to hear, yeah, send us your input/add review, it helps'!!!
