The location just 5 min walk to the old town or the main beach. The size of the place were great (hall/living room and separate bedroom), especially considering the price.
nothing in particular, the place is quite old and in definite need of renovation, but again it is an amazing value for its loocatiion.

Апартаменты недалеко от пляжа, магазина, на тихой улице. На 2 и 3 этаже лучше всего, есть балкон общий со своим столом и стульями, сушилка. В комнате есть немного посуды и плита, чайник, кондиционер, маленький холодильник. От автовокзала 10 минут пешком.
Сложно найти, нет инструкции, нет ресепшена, есть проблемы с вайфаем. В номере никто не убирается и не меняет белье/полонтнца.
