Очень вежливый владелец. Легко договориться по всем параметрам. Если чего-то не хватает или нужно заменить, к примеру полотенца, то всегда идут на встречу. Выкидывают мусор и т.п. вещи, что не во всех апартаментах бывает. Есть и кондиционер и чайник. Так же есть гладильная доска с утюгом в общем коридоре, но мы брали свой отпариватель. Хоть и окна выходили на главную улицу, но вечером уже, нагулявшись спокойно закрывали двери на балкон и спали.
Возможно я бы добавил 1-2 стаканчика для зубных щеток и ванных принадлежностей.

The host is very nice and didn't make it difficult when I didn't have the cash to pay at arrival. Good location, wifi is good enough. Quiet. There is a mini fridge in the room.
I had to be careful when shower because water might leak to the room because there is no door.
