We were so impressed by the cleanliness here—not just in our room, but throughout the entire building and the surrounding neighborhood. In our opinion, this is the most beautiful location in Rome; it was absolutely perfect. Communication with the staff was excellent from the very beginning. They helped us navigate the bus system, gave us great sightseeing tips, and even pointed us toward the best pasta in the city. (And no, it’s not Tonnarello—thanks, Francesca! :))

Struttura pulitissima e posizione perfetta!
L’alloggio è nel complesso piacevole e la comunicazione con l’host è stata cordiale.
Tuttavia, durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato un problema importante: l’acqua calda non funzionava correttamente. Non si tratta solo della nostra stanza, ma – come confermato anche da altre coinquiline – dell’intero appartamento. L’acqua è molto altalenante e non raggiunge una temperatura adeguata per fare una doccia, tanto che più volte siamo stati costretti a fare docce fredde.
Consiglierei di risolvere il problema al più presto oppure di segnalarlo chiaramente nell’annuncio.

Allerdings gab es während unseres Aufenthalts ein wichtiges Problem: Das Warmwasser funktionierte nicht richtig. Es betrifft nicht nur unser Zimmer, sondern – wie auch von anderen Mitbewohnerinnen bestätigt – die gesamte Wohnung. Das Wasser ist sehr unbeständig und erreicht keine ausreichende Temperatur zum Duschen, sodass wir mehrmals kalt duschen mussten.
Ich würde empfehlen, das Problem zeitnah zu beheben oder zumindest transparent in der Anzeige darauf hinzuweisen.

La chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Chaque jour, nous recevions un message pour savoir si nous avions besoin d’un nettoyage, si tout se passait bien ou si notre séjour se déroulait correctement. L’équipe a également été très réactive pour l’organisation du transfert entre l’aéroport et le logement, ce qui est très appréciable. Un coin cuisine commun, avec tout ce qu'il faut (frigo, congélateur, plaque de cuisson, four, ...)
Le matelas était un peu trop mou à mon goût, et l’isolation sonore côté rue n’est pas idéale. Nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises par les camions des éboueurs ainsi que par des travaux à proximité.

Excelente ubicación. La atención del personal muy buena. Nuestra habitación, algo pequeña, pero con una terraza muy coqueta. La cocina, aunque compartida, bien equipada, a falta solo de una tostadora.
Serio problema con el agua caliente de las habitaciones, que comunicamos e intentaron resolver sin éxito. Además el plato de ducha es excesivamente pequeño.
