Объект новый, чистый и находится в отличном месте.
До Ватикана 20–25 минут пешком, до центральных достопримечательностей 15–20 минут, до Колизея 40 минут.
Локация супер: тихо, красиво, куча мест, где можно вкусно покушать.
В номере все отлично: удобный матрас и подушки, новая сантехника и мебель.
У нас был номер с балконом, шикарные вечера мы проводили, наблюдая за вечерними улицами Италии.
Уборка была отличной, заселение прошло без проблем.
Также давали возможность оставить багаж на хранение, пока мы до обеда гуляли по Риму в день отъезда.
В общей зоне есть все и даже больше: бокалы для вина, штопор, кофемашина и т. д.

Camera ampia, accogliente, pulita, silenziosa.
Materasso comodo, biancheria di ottima qualità, struttura e arredi nuovi, staff eccellente.

La ubicación era ideal para ir andando a todos los sitios. El centro está a 10mins, pero con la comodidad de estar en una zona algo más tranquila. Además, para llegar desde el aeropuerto, hay autobuses que te dejan a 5mins del apartamento.
Hay supermercados, cafeterías… en la zona.
Además, tiene una pequeña cocina común con algo de cafe, te, etc.
No llegamos a ver a nadie del personal, pero igualmente fueron atentos por Whatsapp

We have stayed in Prati before, and the property is in an excellent location — a calm and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
The room itself was very clean, and daily cleaning service was available — you just need to place the tag on the door.
They provide a high-quality hair dryer, and an iron with a small ironing board is also available.
There is a shared kitchen area equipped with a capsule-based Nespresso coffee machine, which was a very nice addition.
We really disliked the bedding. The “duvet cover” was basically just two loose sheets with the blanket placed between them — nothing was attached, so everything kept sliding apart during the night and you constantly had to fix it while sleeping.
Soundproofing is practically non-existent. We could clearly hear people walking in the corridor, doors opening, and even the coffee machine. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted.
Our room faced the inner part of the building and had a serious lack of natural light — no sunlight at any time of the day. This wasn’t clear when booking because the listing shows photos of multiple different rooms rather than the specific one you actually get.
The room itself is very small, nothing like the pictures. There’s basically no space to move around or sit anywhere except on the bed.
It was also impossible to properly close the balcony door — cold air constantly came through the old gaps.
The property is essentially an apartment divided into four rooms with a shared kitchen, so you’ll also be sharing the space with other guests, which may affect privacy and noise levels depending on who is staying at the same time.
