About this apartment rental
Kölpinsee has been a popular beach resort for generations. Thanks to its central location on the island of Usedom, this town is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee, you’ll find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a general practitioner, a horseback riding stable, and a bike rental shop, as well as a stop on the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a local history museum. The centrally located “Haus des Gastes” houses the spa administration office and a library.
The vacation rental is just a five-minute walk from the beach and accommodates two to three people. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor; the bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included; linen changes are available (€5.00 per set).
Jaku’s Vacation Rental:
Located on the landlord’s property, the vacation rental is just a five-minute walk from the fine-sand beach.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find the cozy living room with a comfortable couch (not a sleeper), TV, and radio, as well as a spacious dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.
You can comfortably wind down the evening on the small furnished terrace.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the price. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, as is the parking space in front of the vacation rental.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
