Bright Sunny two bedroom home right in the heart of Ogunquit! Brand new. Less than a 1/4 of a mile from the lighthouse on Marginal Way! Walking distance to stores and restaurants! Two queen beds, two bathrooms, one bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the other on the 2nd floor with kitchen and living room. Fully equipped Kitchen with air conditioning - perfect for the Summer Evenings!! Close to all amenites including Perkins Cove! Back deck with BBQ grill. Parking for two cars. Beach chairs and beach cart will be provided for your convenience. No need to drive anywhere! This home is a guest to the main residence, but plenty of privacy. Lovely stay in a sweet little apartment! Excellent location—enjoyed hopping on marginal way and walking into town.

Amazing location for beach and shopping, nice place to relax. A great choice for two couples or parents with older children. This condo is walking distance from the Marginal Way, so you can walk to Perkins Cove shops or dining or Ogunquit Beach or restaurants from it. The two bedrooms are on different floors, each with its own bathroom, so you are not on top of one another.
