This beautifully maintained year round home is located at Perkins Cove and is just steps from Marginal Way. You’ll be able stroll to all of the sights, sounds, and excitement of Ogunquit Beach and Village. Enjoy fine restaurants, premium shopping, and art galleries just outside your front door.
The 2,380 sq, ft, home boasts an airy and bright open concept floor plan with mahogany hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Relax with your favorite beverage and a good book while savoring the ocean breeze on one of three decks the house offers, or kick back and grill.
The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample parking, free wifi, cable TV, books, a chess and backgammon table, and board games are also available. For your convenience, the trolley stop is located just across the street.

This property is located in an ideal location- within walking distance to both town and Perkins Cove.The property is well maintained and the host is very responsive.We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was not a problem since we drove. Otherwise we would have incurred a fee to have sheets and towels delivered. Our stay was very comfortable and I would stay at this property again.

We stayed here last weekend with a group of six and it was perfect for us. The location could not have been better with easy walking access to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and town. The house was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for a celebration weekend.Scott was incredibly responsive to every question and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Everyone in our group loved the weekend and we would happily stay here again.
