This well-loved, family-friendly home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and a cozy loft with twin beds. It includes two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower—perfect after a day in the waves.
The house has a relaxed, lived-in feel and it's stocked with all the essentials for a great family beach week. You'll find beach chairs, cart, toys, an umbrella, a gas grill, and a backyard that’s perfect for hanging out or grilling after the beach.
Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a spacious patio for outdoor meals.
Please note: Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. The backyard is shared with a small, separate home located on the property, which may occasionally be in use.

This was a perfect house for us: 8 friends, mostly in our seventies. Plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining room. Loved your coffee bar. And the location was awesome! Approximately a 4 minute walk to the Footbridge beach one way and 2 great restaurants the other way! Trolley stops were at both locations. Owners were congenial and responsive to my questions before and during our stay. I definitely would rent here again!
