About this house rental
Single Family home located on private street at the entrance to Perkins Cove. Our home allows you to either walk to the beach (1mile) or hop on the trolley. Trolley stop is right in front of our street. The famed Marginal Way is accessible just 0.4 miles up the street. Flanked by gorgeous fields filled with flowers and herbs with in-town location. Be on the coveted side of Shore Road! Walk everywhere. High end furnishings, decor, appliances, linens and more. High speed internet capable of multiple Zoom calls and no issues with cellular service. Central A/C.
We have had many successful rental seasons since 2016 and are impressed with the wonderful people who have come to enjoy our home.

This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay.The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying meals together, making it feel just like home.The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We even took a golf cart taxi to the beach, which was both convenient and a fun part of the experience!The owners were kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. We had an amazing girls’ trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

This house was perfect for our friends and family. It was so clean, comfortable and homey. We were easily able to reach the owners whenever we needed and they provided a book with lots of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We envision ourselves coming here for years to come!
