This house was beautiful with a fabulous location! The back deck is great to hang out on and we walked into town every night during our stay! The house was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Ogunquit!

We had a fantastic stay. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space to gather together or have some alone time. We were grateful for the toiletries and supplies to get us through the first night. Usually, rentals offer minimal supplies but the coffee was fully stocked and there were plenty of shower necessities to get us through. We also loved the addition of the washer and dryer to help us stay on top of our laundry before heading home. I won't lie, the thought of a restaurant being "attached" to the house scared us a little because we thought the noise would wake us. That NEVER happened though. You wouldn't even know it was next door if you didn't walk outside. We ate there twice. It was convenient and equally delicious. The back deck was a favorite location for us when we were home.
Some of our other food recommendations were La Pizzeria, BeachFire Grill (Wednesday night is .50 wing night) you must try them!, and The Steakhouse (Wells).
The owner was very responsive any time we had a question.

We very much enjoyed our time at this home. We were a party of eight, including four kids ranging from 5 to 13 yo, parents and a grandma. The house is incredibly convenient to both downtown Ogunquit and the beach and we often walked to grab a morning coffee or fresh croissant, to do some souvenir shopping, and to dine in one of the delicious Ogunquit restaurants. It was even close enough to walk to the beach, carrying all the buckets, towels and sand toys we could carry.
The house is very nicely appointed; it had classy beach house decor, comfortable beds and it was very sound proof. At the time of booking we were a little nervous we would hear the patrons of the attached Omelette Factory or the cars on Main Street, but upon arrival we realized we heard almost nothing. It was very peaceful inside the house and so convenient to be living steps away from super yummy blueberry muffins and delicious egg dishes!
Mike was a fantastic owner; very personabale and super easy to deal with, quickly responding to any questions we had leading up to the stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.
