Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

This was our fifth year at the beach house and it did not disappoint. Every time we come back to the house there is an upgrade. This year it was a new kitchen refrigerator, dish washer and a new king size bed trundle on the lower level. The house has everything that you can possibly need….it is exceptionally well-appointed. You simply cannot beat the location. It’s a quick walk down the beach to Main Street and the Marginal Way. My adult children and their kids declare that the week on Moody Beach in Wells, ME is their favorite of the year. For reference, they also spend a week in Wildwood, NJ and Naples, FL. It’s my favorite week, toooooooo!

This home is perfect for our extended family with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time even with rain because we can still see and hear the ocean from the living room and bedrooms upstairs. It doesn’t get much better cooking and eating while watching the waves! Well, playing in the sand right out the door and walking the beach are amazing experiences! Everything was clean and great communication. We booked for next year!
