This charming vacation retreat, located at 284 Shore Road, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short walk from the beach, town center, and Perkins Cove, the home is ideally situated near some of the area’s best restaurants.
The property features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Air conditioning units are installed in each bedroom as well as in the first-floor living area to ensure a pleasant stay.
A highlight of the home is the 20' x 20' private deck, accessible through a sliding glass door off the kitchen. The deck is furnished with patio seating and includes a Weber gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Additional amenities include a two-car garage equipped with a ping pong table and foosball table, providing fun for guests of all ages. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

We had a great stay and would come back to this house in a heartbeat. We loved the location, was a bit closer to Perkins Cove but a reasonable walk into town. House was ready a bit early, which is always appreciated, and very clean. A/C kept all the rooms cool on very hot days. The house was also well equipped with anything you would need for cooking, and also books, games, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back next year. This is a lovely older home with plenty of room for our family (2 grown children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren). The home was well equipped with just about anything you need (kitchen equipment, books, games, beach toys, etc..). We spent a lot of time relaxing on the large deck and playing ping pong. The location is ideal; close to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, the center of town and the beach. Who could ask for anything more?!

This house is in a great spot in the middle of town. It is easily in walking distance between Perkins Cove, the beach, and downtown Ogunquit. Good times!
