About this chalet rental
Charming two story home, 3 bedroom, 2 baths and sunny 3 season porch. Amenities include: fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to beautiful Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Great for families with a playground located across the street (playground will likely not be available for 2025 season as it is being updated) and trolley stop just steps away.

In addition to the main house, the basement studio is available for rent and sleeps 3, (See VRBO #969062). The back upper/lower units are also available for rent, (See VRBO Listing #948989 and #949635).

We’ve been coming back to this rental year after year, and it has truly become one of our favorite family traditions. The house is always spotless when we arrive, and it’s consistently stocked with everything we need to feel right at home. Check-in is seamless and stress-free, making the start of every vacation easy and enjoyable.Communication with the owners is always outstanding. They’re responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about making sure every stay is perfect. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining the property, and that attention to detail shows in every aspect of the home.The location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything Ogunquit has to offer while still having a comfortable, relaxing place to come back to each day. Our family always looks forward to this trip, and staying here is a big part of what makes it so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed home for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

The home was extremely clean and very quaint and cozy. Very nice porch in which we played games at the table in the evenings. Location was perfect. Even went to mass across the street Sunday at 8:30am before our departure. Ken was also very accommodating. Overall 5 stars and certain we will be renting again for sure!! Rich P.

The house was perfect for us and acted as a "landing pad" for a family reunion weekend.The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my husband and I and our two adult sons. Hopefully, we will be able to visit in future years for future reunions.
