About this house rental
Spacious one floor, 1,600 square foot ranch home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, eat in kitchen, large open family room and dining area. Relax in the spacious sun filled fully enclosed porch, which opens to a large deck complete with new gas grill. Enjoy some outdoor activities with your family in the level, expansive yard. Home equipped with central air conditioning, wifi, cable, dvd player, stereo, washer and dryer, deck furniture, beach chairs and lawn games. Leave you car(s) parked at the house, and walk as property is in very close proximity to the town center (4/10th of a mile), and Ogunquit main beach (6/10th of a mile). Short stroll to Ogunquit Playhouse, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and the great restaurants and shops in the beautiful place by the sea, as Ogunquit is affectionately known. Property has undergone a full renovation, Jenn-Air appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated bathrooms. In the summer months we rent Saturday to Saturday. For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front door (Ring doorbell) and on the back deck near the back door. No cameras face or monitor indoor spaces. Have stayed here year after year and never disappoints.Location is optimal to downtown and the Marginal Way. Not in the center of town so quiet but still close enough to everything walking distance.Spacious home with plenty of room for all the family, along with a great closed-in all seasons room.Owners are always easily and readily available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely continue to recommend.

The house was is a great location for see the town and stroll on marginal way. It was clean and well kept and our host was very responsive when we needed him. The 4 season room off the back was our favorite place to hang out. We would return

This was the perfect location for our multigenerational family trip to Ogunquit. It was walking distance to the shops, restaurant and beach. The place was clean and tidy upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable too. Communication with Michael was great both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay again on future trips!
