Private Luxury Home Close to Downtown

Great hosts in a great location for shopping, food and entertainment. The house is a wonderful retreat in a safe area. Houses a large number of guests. Plenty of space for relaxing and the hot tub was a nice addition!

We had a great two weeks here. The house was everything and more that we could ask for. A short walk to the town and beach and then a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to Thomas and his family for sharing their wonderful home.

The owners of this property could not have been nicer! Their home was beautiful and very welcoming! The kitchen was absolutely beautiful! Loved the counter tops and island! It was well stocked and the layout was so nice and open! The hot tub and sauna were a party bonus and it was so nice to relax and unwind in after a day at the beach! We were 6 adults and we had plenty of space and everyone had their own room and two of them had their own bathrooms! There were 3 showers which was great bc we could all get ready very quickly! Highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation!

All in all this property hit all our requirements but overall it fell extremely short on cleanliness and communication with the owner. Prior to the stay I had reached out for information on the provided amenities a few weeks before our visit to ensure it’d accommodate us and had to follow up multiple times. As far as cleanliness goes we had to wash dishes prior to using them and I know 2 rooms had to wash their linens because they were dirty. I’d suggest looking at your amenities and doing an inventory - we had to go into town to buy wine glasses because only one was in the house. I’d also recommend providing pictures of beach equipment in your listing photos. This house has potential to be an amazing place but it is very noticeable the owners absent - lot of missing tile work in bathrooms.
