The apartment, located in a wonderful and charming building, is characterized by a peculiar entrance, through a 18th century wooden door, just before the reinforced door.
You then have access to a first living room with a characteristic wooden ceiling and exposed beams, which is also a dining room, and from here to the large and bright living room, with classic furnishings (Murano chandeliers, a 17th century fresco, engravings) as well as modern.
These spaces, with wood floors, are very characteristic and combine ancient and modern. One of the comfortable sofas can be transformed into a small double bed that can comfortably accommodate two children.
In the living room there is a large 50-inch flat-screen smart TV and an internet connection with Wifi, active throughout the apartment.
All the windows, double-glazed, are very particular and equipped with ancient internal doors in fine wood, very elegant and useful for total darkness, even without having to close the external shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler, Nespresso-machine and Italian coffe pots, and good porcelain, glasses and cutlery, pots and pans and everything needed to cook up a feast.
The sleeping area is characterized by a first large bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobes and another bedroom, equipped with a smaller double bed with wardrobe, drawers and access to the small private balcony.
There are two bathrooms, all carefully furnished. A complete one, with a modern shower built in February 2024 and another smaller one equipped with a sink and toilet.
Then there is a small space, which can be isolated with a folding door, equipped with a large and efficient washing machine and all the material necessary for any cleaning and for any domestic utility.
The whole house is equipped with radiator heaters and a reversible air conditioning system installed in 2024.
The apartment is equipped with a safe.
