This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
POOL: The pool is seasonal and closed from October through May 1st. Guests staying during this period should plan for the pool to be closed and unavailable for use.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).
Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.
AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

I wanted to tell the host privately but our messages were gone. The place looks clean and neat when you come in. The deeper cleaning needs done. One of the guests dropped something and it went under the bed. There was an inch thick of dust under the beds. One room had a bunch of dusty lumber under it. The stove only had 2 back burners working and the refrigerator had water coming out on the floor. The sides of the washer and dryer were thick with dust and a sock or 2 from previous guests. The master bedroom is amazing! So big and cute. Nice walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms needed mirrors so the ladies could shower in the bathroom and finish getting ready in the bedroom so someone else could shower. They were cutely decorated. We sat on the back porch which is smaller than I expected. I had to sweep the spider webs and bugs off the floor. The little couch was very dirty and there was only one chair at the table. There were 5 if us. Seating was for 3. I loved that it had a ceiling fan which made it more comfortable to visit. The parking is on a slant. Not good for elderly. Our door code did not work when we arrived. Called Josh and he was very prompt and helpful. Appreciated that. Over all it was a perfect size and our stay was nice. Thank you

Our host Joshua was friendly and very responsive, and the unit itself was lovely. We were quite disappointed however that the pool was not at all heated and that was one of the primary reasons we booked this property. The hot tub was working so at least we had that, but it was also strange that at night there were absolutely NO lights whatsoever in the pool or hot tub area so it was pitch black when we tried to go at night (even though signs said pool area was open until 10pm). We would not book again unless we got confirmation beforehand that the pool was fixed and indeed heated. We spent 90% of our time with our friends down the road who had a heated pool. Again though, the unit itself was lovely and very clean and very spacious.

We enjoyed the Lake Martin area. I wish I had realized that this property is not on the water. We wanted a water front location and I thought this was one. Also, the TV's did not work in the bedrooms. That was frustrating. The screened in porch was filthy and not maintained well enough to enjoy sitting out there.
