Check- in and out was easy. Marsha is a great host. She was always quick to answer all my questions. The location is also great. The kayaks and lily pad is a plus. The inside of the house was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The decor is a little rustic and it makes for a more comfortable space. The outside area is nice with grill and lots of seats. The dock does need some new boards but we managed. My grandsons and my daughters had great time in the water. I would stay here again in the future.

We had the most amazing stay! Marsha was truly the most wonderful host — warm, responsive, and so thoughtful in making sure every detail was perfect for our visit. The home was spotless, beautifully stocked, and felt like our own little lakeside retreat. Lake Martin was absolutely stunning — peaceful mornings, gorgeous sunsets, and endless opportunities for fun on the water. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Marsha’s place to anyone looking for the perfect Lake Martin getaway!

The walkway going to the dock is old and nails and screws are sticking up and hurt your feet. it's a bit dangerous.
