About this house rental
Welcome to Lake Martin Cove. This stunning lake home is "the whole package" from expansive views overlooking from the living room, a spacious outside area with two docks and a boat ramp, and tons of parking for all family and friends. This 5 BR, 3 bath, sleeps 12 has 2 decks and a screened-in porch, and includes yard games, kayaks, paddle board, and innertubes.
Convenient to shopping, restaurants, marinas etc. and approximately 35 minutes from Jordan-Hare Stadium.
The space
Beautifully open living room that has the best view of the lake with plenty of seating and a kitchen that includes a double oven and the items you need to stay in and cook a meal. There are three bedrooms upstairs - primary bedroom and full bath have a king bed and offer natural light and plenty of closet space. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and a full jack-and-jill bathroom.
Walk outside to sip your coffee on the upstairs porch that faces the lake, or walk downstairs to the large and spacious deck that has plenty of seating for the entire family.
The large outdoor area includes bistro lights that lights up the entire backyard at dusk.
Head downstairs, where there is a huge den that includes a game area with ping pong, air hockey, and darts on the screened-in porch. Downstairs includes two bedrooms- one with a queen bedroom and the other includes 2 twin bunk beds, a full bath & AMAZING storage area.
Then, go outside & relax on the screen porch or sun deck to see the amazing views of Lake Martin.
Have a boat? Our property has its own boat ramp!
Drink your coffee outside and hang out all day in the spacious backyard or on either pier for lake fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Duck Cove! The house was perfect for our 3 families with a total of 5 children ages 6-10. The water access in front of the house was ideal and the house was spacious and open for our group to gather together for meals. The downstairs screened in porch was perfect for a few rainy afternoons of game playing as well. There were many items available for enjoying the lake and the house was equipped as described in all aspects. We would definitely consider another stay next year if our plans bring us back to Lake Martin!

We recently stayed at this property during Parents Weekend at Auburn, and it was perfect! The location was great, providing easy access to the university and surrounding areas. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all four families, and our college kids even drove up to hang out and stay an evening with us. Despite the nonstop rain, we had a great weekend. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rebook this property for future visits. Highly recommend!
