We had an amazing stay at the loft. It's very centrally located and close to everything. There are lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops around the house. The public beach is literally 3 mins away from the house. Our host was very welcoming. He gave us all the tips about where to go and where to dine. House is very clean and you have everything you need. We traveled with our 2 sons (10 & 15) and it was very convenient to let them walk around the town on their own. Nea Peramos is a lovely Greek town away from the hurdles. We will definitely be back.
The only thing is that it gets a little hot on the top floor since the AC is at the lower room. But it would be ok for most of the people since we unusually like sleeping in cold :)

We had a great time. Everything was wonderful. Zaf is very responsive and kind, when I needed something, I just had to write to him and he solved everything. Stella, his assistant, is also very kind and smiling. Great people, great attitude and great apartments (clean, tidy and had everything you need). We will visit them again with pleasure.
