Very good place, kind host and good location!

The host is very kind man, ready to help and answer very questions. Very good location, the room was comfortable and clean. I recommend it and will visit again with pleasure!

Meticulously clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of equipment, very kind owner, excellent location in the very heart of Nea Peramos, overlooking the sea and the children corner. A lot of restaurants, pastry shops and cafes within 200 metres

Location has also a downside: street below can be noisy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays

The room was spacious and clean. There is a great balcoly with a wonderful sea view. The location is also perfect - center.

Since it's located on the main street it is a bit loud at night. There is no parking available, but still we manage to find a spot on the street even during high season - mid of August

Location is so wonderful,you can walk to shops,restaurants,and of course the sea.the owner has been extremely helpful.he personally took my husband to take care of getting a phone card and has a!ways been around to take care of anything we need.a wonderful man.

Great choice for your trip or family vacation.

It is a really nice place next to the beach - just cross the road and you are there. The room has everything you need including a small kitchen with all necessary utilities. There was coffee as well.

It was a bit challenging to park near the hotel, but this can be expected, as the building is in the center of town and the season was busy. Still, we found place to park the car in each day.

Много добро място, на което бих се върнала отново.

Беше чисто, локацията е супер- има доста заведения наоколо, супермаркет на две преки, страхотна пекарна до самия хотел, детска площадка като прекосиш улицата, аптека през няколко сгради. Някои стаи гледат към морето, нашата беше към задната улица и смятам беше по-добре, защото на главната улица е шумно. Климатикът беше мощен, има допълнително външни щори и пергола за скриване от силното слънце. Банята беше голяма и душовете работеха. Места за паркиране се намираха лесно в средата на юни, но предполагам юли и август ще е по-трудно. Улиците са свободна зона за паркиране. Персоналът беше любезен. Изхвърляха боклука ежедневно. Бяхме за три нощувки, не мога да кажа колко често се сменя спално бельо.

Хладилникът не работеше. Вторият етаж няма асансьор, както и очаквахме, но го споделям в случай, че придвижването по стълби е проблемно за вас.
