Seaside Studio in Nea Peramos, Private Parking, Sleeps 4

The description of the apartment was completely accurate. Everything was exactly as stated. It is wonderful to have a private, covered parking space. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. I would recommend it to couples or a family with one child, as it is small and wouldn't be comfortable for a larger group. It is close to the center, shops, and restaurants, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The host is a wonderful and helpful person who responds instantly if needed. Our stay there was fantastic and memorable.

The location is perfect right in front of the sea side walking area with many restaurants and at the same time the studio is looking at the back of the street, which is quiet and hence no sleeping issues, the host was very helpful, there was some minor issues with the parking space, but we managed to handle it, take into account, that there are a lot of cars, it's almost impossible to park if there is no private space available, or the other cars, will go by millimetres next to yours, something normal for Greece I guess, but still you'll be stressed if you you have a larger car. The studio itself is renewed recently maybe, everything is new and is very nice, you have everything along with kitchen box, terrace for the clothes and washing machine, 2nd floor, which is also convenient as there is no elevator in the building
