Magical 3 days in Nea Peramos

Everything was perfect! The whole place was super clean! The location is perfect (2 min walk from the beach), there is also free parking on the street. Charalampos was very kind and helpful! We thank him for his kindness and hospitality! We look forward to visiting Charalampos' place again!

One different stay

The location is very close to the center, restaurants, Masoutis etc. The apartment is a little bit retro in terms of facilities except the bathroom but it has its charm. The big plus is that there are 2 terraces and when the sun is rising and it gets hot the other terrace is with shadow and vice versa. When the sun is setting the other terrace is perfect for dinner.

I didn't like that almost everything in the house is creaky. The shelves in the kitchen, the doors, the entrance door are hard to close and we stayed with the baby, you can imagine the situation 😁 The lamp switch for the bathroom is extremely hard to turn on, it's new but something is wrong, i was the only one that managed to turn it off and on. The AC draining pipe should be fixed because the water is leaking on the stairs.The street is a bit noisy during rush hours and there aren't a lot of parking spaces due the close location to the city center. One big thing missing from the kitchen equipment is big knife, we had to buy one to cut the watermelon.Overall it was good beside all that, we enjoyed and had fun :)

Perfect location, the apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. The interior design of the place was very welcoming and we really had everything we needed for a pleasant stay! We would definitely come again!

Great stay in a great apartment.

Apartment was quite good, easy access. I liked that its not that big but good place to spend the night. The location is very good, close to the center. Its a good place to stay if you have kids. Owner was good enough to allow us to bring our small dog. Thank you!

Parking is terrible around the apartment. Also, my car was keyed so be careful where you park.
