Laundry machine came in clutch, vending machines were nice to have as well. Bed and bathroom were clean.

Everything was exceptional, no complaints.

Very good location. There was 2 different train stations within walking distance. Nice market street right outside. Great laundry facility. Staff were great

Mattresses could do with changing.

* Separate entrance and bathroom to bedroom! You can bathe and get changed separately and have some privacy with the sliding door. * The staff were super friendly and welcoming when we came in. We had to send our details in advance via email, so when we checked in it was only a matter of confirming our details. * The staff keep the hotel and communal areas super clean. There’s a communal kitchen where simple meals could be made. It’s uncomfortable to eat in the room so it is nice to eat in the communal space also. * You are given basic amenities in your room; anything further you need to request - such as extra toilet paper, an iron. * You are only given one key. For the price of the room, this is reasonable. * The hotel spaces were air-conditioned and clean and the whole atmosphere felt professional. * Only 5 minute walk away from Nijo station! * The shower water pressure is no joke (it’s really good and strong)! The water pressure is adjustable with the taps. The bathroom tap has a two-in-one system that I’ve seen a lot in Japanese bathrooms.

* Lots of lights that are not able to be blocked out in the sleeping room - the blue flashing light for the calling system, the red light for the tv, and the green light for the air-conditioner. I put a hand towel over the blue light as that’s the brightest one but it has only dimmed it a bit. The flashing is quite annoying if you like your sleeping room super dark. * The bath drains really slowly. * The roads are a bit bumpy on our walk from Nijo station which makes it a bit loud for the surrounding neighbourhood if you’re taking suitcases.

La ubicación y que tuviera ascensor. Servicio de lavadora (aunque pocas lavadoras para el número de huéspedes).

Publicitan que tiene cocina (que además sale en la foto de la habitacion) pero al llegar esta desactivada y no hay menaje de cocina, te dicen que uses una comun en el hall pero de 7 am a 21 pm, luego ya no te lo permiten. Yo seleccioné este alojamiento porque tengo alergias alimentarias, y no me ha parecido justo que no lo indicaran.
