We had an amazing stay in Kyoto. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Its location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around. The staff were friendly, and everything about our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms and amazing bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast for westerners was basic and didn’t change. Pasta, and scrambled eggs. The best part was the selection of cheeses offered for breakfast.

Such a cute and trendy property that was very affordable! Loved the atmosphere and vibes.

Great value with very kind staff and well equipped gathering area downstairs.
Our king bed was two twins pushed together so there was a big crack in the middle. Walls were oddly super dirty which was weird because everything else was very clean!! This has nothing to do with management (staff was great) but the location near Nijo station ultimately felt less ideal than I expected for exploring Kyoto. Wish we’d stayed closer Sanjo or Karasuma station
