La vicinanza al centro,ai servizi e al mare. L appartamento è ben distribuito ed ampio.
Forse l ubicazione al piano terra,per la presenza di altri condomini che circolavano nell' area esterna,non permetteva di poter aprire le porte per una maggiore luminosità.

A very large and comfortable apartment. Much recommended if you’re traveling with a family!
Be careful: the entrance door is very loud. It might also be difficult to navigate at first, but the owner provided the pictures by which you can locate the apartment easily.
