A nightmare.

Not as described at all.The AC even though is turning on it doesn’t work.He has put a fan in the room with 42C inside the room which has the same effect as sauna but without the water.You are literally sweating and can’t breath.Terrifying experience.I almost passed out inside.Terrible communication with the manager Andrew who had a very bad attitude,totally rude and unprofessional when asked simple questions,sadly got very angry and mean…The view from the apartment is great walls with holes,totally shocking and depressing.Not to mention the MOLD that I found in the washing machine…

Bad experience

Close to the sea.

Not suitable for more than two persons. Breakfast was included according to Booking.com but wasn't, first morning I called the owner for the promised voucher but he was very unfriendly and told me to organise breakfast by my self because of his holiday. He doesn't want to refund some money afterwards. Several lights in living room and bathroom were defect or blinking, which was very annoying! The couch in the living room was unsuitable for sleeping and no other chairs where in the apartment to sit on. I had booked for 3 persons, but only got sheets and blankets for 2 persons, when I asked for another sheet and blanket, the owner didn't give any response. Very bad experience. I do not recommend!!!

I think for the price you were charging it was disappointing The Keys should be in a easy to locate colour box , we Struggled to find , and we ended up showing your other guest in Studio 1 where they were too. Cockroches in the kitchen. Bathroom disgusting Four pillows would be nice , only 1 pillow for each person. Cups all chipped , they need replacing Only 2 cushion on couch and flat as a pancake Chairs on balcony all broke and uncomfortable no cushion on. Not at all homely Very disappointing Sheila Garry

Great.

The apartment is very easy to find. It is not in the city center, but we can take all public transport to get easy there, tram, metro and bus station at 3 minutes walking. However it is close to the beach. There are a lot of restaurant, bakeries and takeaways nearby, so to get the dinner is simple, and if you wanna cook there Lidl 2 block away. The apartment have all facilities necessary for a good stay. It is very clean, and organised. The bed is amazing, and the ice in the fridge really make the difference, I took the place at the end of the summer, it was not so hot. but I used the ice to bring to the beach and enjoyed the day.

Perfect location and comfortable flat for exploring Athens riviera

This flat is on a prefect location, since from Palaio Faliro you get everywhere in shortest time. Close by you have supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, cake shops, etc. Most importantly, we like beaches in Alimos and Vouliagmeni, and you get to those very quickly by car (depending on traffic of course). Flisvos marina is close by on foot... children playgrounds. Kitchen was fully equipped, and I liked that washing machine, hair dryer and iron were available as well. It has a small balcony where you can dry your clothes and chill out, I also liked easy access to the flat and communication with the host.

We were at beginning of July and it was really hot at the time. There is one air condition in the living room and a fan, but for my husband it was not enough so he was too hot in the bedroom. Flat is on the second floor, no elevator and a bit steep staircase, To me it happened that I slipped on marble steps and broke my toe the last day of vacation, so just be careful anyway - it was my mistake.

Very clean and cosy feeling well equipped: nice large fridge: excellent mattress: air-conditioning. Friendly location: efficient door security: felt very safe Despite traffic: Windows are new and good noise proofing. Slept easily and well. This is the first time I have used an appartement instead of hotels. Will definitely return Liked some personal touches such as. Pack of ice waiting in the deep freezer. Bathroom had quality soap, shower gel and good towels.

Modern, very clean design, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The price is very competitive and the host is always available to respond. Overall, it has been a great experience.

A couple things that need improvements: The bedroom curtain is see-through, so at night, the room doesn't feel private enough to turn the lights on. I also noticed the hair blower doesn't work. Everything else was great!

The accommodation refrigerator was broken I called several times but no one came to repair the refrigerator. Finally, I made the refrigerator fuse myself. The lock on the apartment was broken and there was no security There was no elevator and the stairs were very high

Δεν ήταν καθαρό..χρήζει σίγουρα απεντομωσης και καθαρισμού των στρωμάτων διότι έβγαλα κοκκινίλες κατά τον ύπνο.. ο καναπές επίσης αρκετά παλιός και ήθελε κι αυτός καθάρισμα..επίσης δεν είχε σιτες και αναγκαζομασταν να κοιμόμαστε με κλιματιστικό..

Μια ωραία φωλιά ανάμεσα από τα πιο ωραία εστιατόρια στο παλαιο φαληρο!

Είναι μια ωραία φωλιά δίπλα σε όλα τα εστιατόρια και ζαχαροπλαστεια με τα πόδια. Ζεστό και περιποιημένο. Το Τεσλα το air condition βγάζει πολύ δυνατή ψύξη. Όταν εχει κρύο η ξυλοσομπα θα σας κάνει το σπίτι ένα μικρό chalet .Η smart TV super! H κουζινα σούπερ με κρυφό φωτισμό . Ο καναπές επίσης αναπαυτικός . Σε ερώτηση που έγινε από εμάς για να φιλοξενήσουν τον πολύ ήσυχο σκύλο μας ,δεν μας το αρνήθηκε. Προτείνω δίπλα ακριβώς παγωτό από τον Δημήτριου ζαχαροπλαστειο, απέναντι το καλύτερο γαλακτομπουρεκο ΚΟΣΜΙΚΟΝ ακριβώς απέναντι το καλύτερο κοτόπουλο και μπριζολάκια με πατάτες τηγανιτές ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ Σστα 80 μέτρα πηγαίνετε στον ΚΥΡ ΑΡΙΣΤΟ για το καλύτερο κεμπάπ τυλίχτό σε πιτα σε όλη την Ελλάδα! στα 30 μέτρα το πιο οικονομικό και νόστιμο SHUSI TOYO στην οδο Χαρίτων. Παρακάτω θα δείτε φωτογραφίες από την γαστρονομική γειτονιά του υπεροχου Παλαιού Φαλήρου! 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο είσαι στην καρδιά της Αθήνας. 2 λεπτά είσαι στην πρώτη ελεύθερη παραλία χωρις εισοδο της Αθηναϊκής Ριβιέρα. Στάση Λεωφοριου ακριβώς από κάτω. Αν μείνετε λοιπόν σε αυτό το ανακαινισμενο σπίτι και δεν δοκιμάσετε γύρω γύρω όλα τα εστιατόρια θα είστε χαμένοι!!!! Είναι ευκαιρία!!!!!
