2 very small single beds in second bedroom and no bed light.. we are not large people but the beds would be more suited to kids. Try king singles.

Superb apartment in a perfect seaside location with easy access to Athens city center

Perfect location, beautiful view to the sea and nearby marina, but even the Acropolis can be sighted. There is small but OK beach nearby, as well as various public transport options to easy access to the city center and other parts. Even an airport bus stops nearby. The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped.

Amazing Apartment

Can't fault this apartment absolutely Beautiful. It's huge all 7th floor is yours. Lovely view of marina. 3 different balconies. Manos was very helpful with self check in. Beautifully Furnished. Everything you need is here from kitchen to towels

Excellent location: Convenient to local tram and bus (5 minute walk), small grocery stores for essentials (10 minute and 15 minute walk), upscale marine harbor with various restaurants (10 minute walk), and Athens city (25-40 minutes via public transportation. Clean apartment with breathtaking views, especially for sunsets. Host was responsive and checked in intermittently during our 1 week stay. Price was fair for season, quality, and location. Safe neighborhood, especially compared to downtown Athens. Would definitely stay here again.

No dislikes. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Not againt host, but good to know... if you want to visit the nearby planetarium, best to book days in advance. I planned too late and missed the opportunity to visit it.

Exceptional

Gorgeous and relaxing accommodation. The girl who greeted us was super nice and friendly. She explained the apartment in great detail, and the nearby places we could visit and get to. The apartment features vast balconies with magnificent views. It is suitable perfectly for 5 people. We fully enjoyed the entire accommodation and recommend everyone to go there, because it is very close to the center.

We had a wonderful time, can definitely recommend this holiday flat!

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment had everything we needed. The air-conditioning and wifi were excellent bonuses. The bedding is nice and there are plenty of towels! The complimentary toiletries are a very nice touch to make your stay even better.

The lift going up to the apartment sometimes had some issues, but it's not the worst - with a little patience, it always came.

It definitely requires renovation and deep cleaning. Only nice view is the positive side.

We like the view from the apartment - see view on 2 sides, far away is also Acropolis! Building is located in the pleasant, green safe non-touristic district near to the nice marina, with modern promenade and different restaurants possibility. Apartment is spacious, would be very comfortable for big number of guests. There is only 1 apartment on the floor. 3 balconies. There is a lot of necessary stuff in the apartment.

I don't remember, if I have ever lived in such a dirty place. Sticky doors, stock of dust under the bed, sofa, in the corners... Very outdated furniture and appliance, especially in the kitchen. Not enough/broken/outdated cutlery. Small TV, fire place doesn't work, even if we tried. Poor functioning of shower system. Locks of some doors/windows don't work. I definitely wouldn't recommend to stay there in winter, as even in mid April it was very cold inside, looks like air-condition doesn't work for heating. Very noisy place, as it is next to the city highway road, and soundproofing almost doesn't exist. There is no big shop to buy food. And besides marina and a couple of restaurants there is literally nothing around. Commuting to the city center is on average 45 minutes by public transport with 1 change. Nearest beach is maybe 20 minutes walk. P.S. We stayed for 10 days, it was enough time to make the conclusion.

everything was great . I think the towels when washed should a softener should be used as their were very stiff rough on skin when drying off. it may be because they were dried in the sun not sure . everything else was great and Manos was prompt and communicated very well all the time with me for check and in and check out.

Very comfortable

I love the size of the apartment and the view from all 3 balconies. We took the tram a few station and went to a beach club. And you can take the tram to Athens center, but we paid only 8 euros for a taxi, and within minutes you are in Plaka. Manos answers very quickly and can inform us of whatever we want to know. Very helpful

Why only 9,5? What’s not to like? A full 10!

The apartment was excellent! We had only one night from a cruise, but wished we could stay longer. A huge apartemnt with 3 balconies, 2 of them with great view, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a beautiful livingroom and separate kitchen! On recommendation from the owner, we found a great italian restaurant just around the corner. And inside the marina there were a few more! By taking the tram just below the apartment you could find lovely beach clubs, eg Bolivar where we spent the day! Take the eastern direction to Kalamata! You pay 6 euros to get in, but there are great sun beds inside, restaurants, music etc. And the trams also go straight into city center of Athens. Just make sure you take the right one, because one goes to center and one along Athens riviera. Thank you for a lovely place to stay in Athens! We felt safe and comfortable!

How to feel like a celebrity

One of the best, if not the best stay I ve had in any accomodation ever. A truly gorgeous apartment, with an amazing view in a beautiful neighborhood and a very convenient location. Excellent value for money, great service from the people involved, everything was top really. I will return with the first chance I get.

Excepcional apartamento en la costa ateniense

Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares. Estaba muy limpio todo y cuidados los detalles. Aire acondicionado, todo muy amplio y varias terrazas. Muy cómodo y en la zona de Paleo Fáliro que es residencial y silenciosa.

Estaría mejor un plato de ducha en el baño en vez de bañera. Es más funcional. La fuerza del agua de la manguera de la ducha de mano sale débil. Es la única pega.

适合家庭。开车到卫城、比港等约10-15分钟左右。周边有小超市、餐厅、商店。房间很大，有两个正常房间，各可以睡2个人，1个房间大床、1个房间双床，一个客厅书房兼睡房，沙发床可以睡2个人。房间图片和实际情况一样，风景在客厅阳台和厨房，可以看到海，特别美房间里有一本“旅行指导”的册子，挺实用的。楼下街道可停车，但有时候位子不是很好找。洗衣机、烘干机、微波炉、冰箱、烤箱、电视机（两台）都有。洗发水、沐浴露用的是希腊本土品牌APIVITA。客服回复也比较快，态度好。我们弄碎了一个大盘子，也没有让我们赔偿什么费用

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπεράνετο για οικογένεια είναι ιδανική επιλογή! Πρόσβαση στην Μαρίνα σε 1 λεπτό, εύκολο παρκάρισμα στους γύρω δρόμους. Το διαμέρισμα διέθετε τα πάντα από συσκευές σκεύη, στα + οτι λόγω Χριστουγέννων ήταν στολισμένο, τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν που είχαν δικό τους δωμάτιο! Η θέα εκπληκτική! δεν μας δυσκόλεψε τίποτα, ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη διαμονή!!! ★★★★★★★
