Location and unit presentation.
2 very small single beds in second bedroom and no bed light.. we are not large people but the beds would be more suited to kids. Try king singles.

Perfect location, beautiful view to the sea and nearby marina, but even the Acropolis can be sighted. There is small but OK beach nearby, as well as various public transport options to easy access to the city center and other parts. Even an airport bus stops nearby. The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped.

Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares. Estaba muy limpio todo y cuidados los detalles. Aire acondicionado, todo muy amplio y varias terrazas. Muy cómodo y en la zona de Paleo Fáliro que es residencial y silenciosa.
Estaría mejor un plato de ducha en el baño en vez de bañera. Es más funcional. La fuerza del agua de la manguera de la ducha de mano sale débil. Es la única pega.

We like the view from the apartment - see view on 2 sides, far away is also Acropolis!
Building is located in the pleasant, green safe non-touristic district near to the nice marina, with modern promenade and different restaurants possibility.
Apartment is spacious, would be very comfortable for big number of guests. There is only 1 apartment on the floor. 3 balconies.
There is a lot of necessary stuff in the apartment.
I don't remember, if I have ever lived in such a dirty place. Sticky doors, stock of dust under the bed, sofa, in the corners... Very outdated furniture and appliance, especially in the kitchen. Not enough/broken/outdated cutlery.
Small TV, fire place doesn't work, even if we tried. Poor functioning of shower system. Locks of some doors/windows don't work.
I definitely wouldn't recommend to stay there in winter, as even in mid April it was very cold inside, looks like air-condition doesn't work for heating.
Very noisy place, as it is next to the city highway road, and soundproofing almost doesn't exist.
There is no big shop to buy food. And besides marina and a couple of restaurants there is literally nothing around.
Commuting to the city center is on average 45 minutes by public transport with 1 change.
Nearest beach is maybe 20 minutes walk.
P.S. We stayed for 10 days, it was enough time to make the conclusion.
