3C’s Athens South @Delta: SNFCC / Faliro Seaview Penthouse

We really liked this lovely little apartment. It has an excellent location, especially if you're attending a concert nearby. We were there for the Release Athens festival, which was just a 15-minute walk from the apartment along the beautiful waterfront. The apartment itself has a great layout, a beautiful view, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially happy that there was parking available right in front of the building, which was very convenient for us. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view from the bedroom was simply wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep throughout our stay. Just behind the building, there is a lovely traditional taverna where we had dinner, and the food was excellent. There is also a Lidl supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for buying groceries and anything else we needed. The Stavros Foundation Cultural Center is also just a short walk away and is a fantastic place for a stroll. Although we traveled to Athens by car, we used the bus and metro most of the time to get around the city. Parking in Athens is quite difficult to find, even paid parking, so using public transportation was by far the easiest and most convenient option. Athens is a fascinating and vibrant city, and we definitely have a lot more to explore. We hope to visit again soon, and when we do, we will definitely stay in the same apartment. We will also happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Athens.

We genuinely have nothing to complain about. Everything was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly come back again.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και άνετο με το παραπάνω, υπήρχαν όλα όσα χρειάστηκαν τις πέντε ημέρες που μείναμε, η γειτονιά πίσω από το κατάλυμα πολύ όμορφη, με S/M, φαρμακείο, βενζινάδικο, εκκλησίες και ταβέρνες κοντά. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα και το πάρκινγκ του. Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο για τη μετακίνηση στο κέντρο, στο λιμάνι και την παραλιακή. Πολύ κοντά στο Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος, όπου μπορεί κάποιος να περάσει ώρες ψυχαγωγίας.

Με δυσκόλεψε λίγο ο έκτος όροφος και λίγο η ζέστη όταν επέστρεφα από τις υποχρεώσεις μου, λόγω της εποχής, επειδή το λούζει ο ήλιος. Όμως υπάρχουν τρία κλιματιστικά που κατεβάζουν την θερμοκρασία πολύ γρήγορα. Επίσης είναι οικοδομή με εταιρείες και γραφεία, υπάρχει μοναχικότητα που σε ορισμένους μπορεί να αρέσει.
