Alda's Garden Bliss

We had a wonderful 9-day stay in this apartment in Athens. The location was fantastic — just a minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for our family. There were also bus and tram stops right by the apartment, which was fantastic for getting into the city center for sightseeing. The apartment also has a lovely garden that turned out to be ideal for relaxing evenings together. Our host was incredibly warm, responsive, and accommodating throughout our entire trip — always quick to answer our questions, from access instructions on arrival to small requests during the stay. What really stood out was the flexibility on checkout day: since our flight wasn't until late evening, our host arranged for us to leave in the afternoon at our own pace, without having to spend hours waiting around with our luggage — a small gesture that made a big difference with three kids in tow. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped. If I had to nitpick about anything, it would be the lack of a dishwasher — with 5 of us, there was definitely no shortage of dishes to wash! 😄 But that's a minor thing compared to everything else. Overall, a genuinely great host who goes above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommended!

The apartment is newly renovated so everything is modern and in good condition. It's well cleaned and it has all facilities you could need. Very well cooled as it is on ground floor and has two AC units. The private garden is a big plus. Only 120m to the beach and not far from city center with good public transport makes the location very good. The host Alda was very kind and helped us with different things.

A wonderful, beautiful, spacious apartment right by the sea with a wonderful garden! I felt like I was at home... the area around Marina Fliswos is wonderful! Great contact with the owner, Ms. Esmeralda! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back... thank you for a wonderful stay.
