Having a lounge & kitchen area as well as separate bedrooms enabled us to relax more. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need & then some & cleaning products were provided I had the bedroom next to the bathroom, the bed was super comfy. My great niece extended the sofa and slept in there so the 3 of us had a separate bed each which was useful as we had 30 degrees plus during our stay. The shower is so powerful & loo rolls were provided. There is plenty of free parking outside too. The apartment is conveniently located to get buses to town etc. we booked it as close enough to Anfield for a gig. The retail park nearby has everything you need for groceries or eating out I would highly recommend Qs kitchen for breakfast, lunch, evening meal & it does takeaways. I would have no hesitation in booking again. The communication with the owner was prompt & very informative.

I am writing this comment to put to rest any reservations you may have on reading 1 particular review regarding the paint issue. Yes there is still paint on the carpets in all the communal areas not specifically for this apartment. The walls have been repainted and I'm sure the communal areas are the responsibility of the building owners not the responsibility of the owner of this apartment. The apartment itself is clean & well presented so please don't hesitate to book it based on that 1 review. I would gladly return. The wooden board behind the loo needs a small repair & the bathroom skirting boards could do with a steam clean but that's about it!

Matched the description and photos shown when booking, and any issues were resolved promptly by the host. Great location with parking and could either drive or get a local bus into the city centre easily.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very convenient for Aintree hospital, which is a 20min walk or there is a bus stop at the end of the road. The buses run every 20-30 mins between the hospital and the city centre.

There were a few small things needing attention but overall a pleasant stay.

Good living and kitchen area with all appliances you would need. New TVs in the rooms and comfy bed with very clean bedding and towels. Great free parking.

Some of the finishing touches could be improved aesthetically, but overall it offers good value for the price.
