Peaceful location, co-operative and helpful owner. Air conditioned apartment and a nice patio, garden with a swing. Good parking space. Very close to Livadhi beach which isn’t as crowded and commercialised as himara beach.
Photos showed a microwave but it wasn’t there. Not a big problem but would have been nice to have. A wiper would be good to have in the bathroom since it is small and water spills around from the shower.

Schönes Appartement mit Terasse und Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man brauchte! Schöner Garten. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Zum Bäcker waren es nur 200 Meter.
Das Appartement ist dann doch 400 Meter bis zum Strand (grober Kiesel) entfernt. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten bequemer sein.

La ragazza che ci attendeva in struttura è stata molto gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione anche gli asciugamani (che non sono menzionati tra i servizi inclusi). La posizione è perfetta, a 5 minuti da un forno per fare colazione e a 10 minuti dalle spiagge. Super consigliato!

This property was so wonderful, I loved the court yard area and private balcony. The location was perfect; a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurant, bars and grocery stores. and short drive from the main town. The hosts were the best I’ve ever had; so friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Will be returning for sure.
