Nashos Bungalows

The position is amazing as it gives you quick access to the beach, only 1 minute. We loved this fact! Normally there is a public place at the beach to lay down but we chose to go to the private beach nearby. We will definitely come back again!

Nje oaz i vertete ne mes te natyres dhe buze detit. Dhomat te pastra dhe komfort . Ajo cfare meriton noten maksimale eshte Familja a Nashos qe e bene qendrimin tone te paharruar. Njerez mikprites te dashur, te thjeshte, te gatshem per cdo gje. Ushqimi i mrekullueshem dhe i ndryshem cdo dite. Na bene te ndjehem sikur ishim mes miqve e familjes.

Good clean accommodation close to the public beach in Livardh and with free sun loungers to take to use. Good value for the space and location. Very relaxed and friendly staff. The breakfasts were welcome, if a bit carb heavy- omelette and some fruit and bread/cakes and served outside with flowers (lovely) and wasps (not!) We enjoyed our few days. The boat trips are recommended- from Himare- as you get a real sense of how the coast is developing and get to swim in some gorgeous spots.

We don’t usually care about or need a TV but as the World Cup was happening it would have been nice if ours worked. It was useless and request to fix it met with a shrug really. The whole beach is super busy at weekends- feels like half of Albania has come to set up marquees and tents on the bits of beach not yet privatised… this is pretty common along all of the coast. There’s less sense of communal respect than I’ve seen in other Balkan countries. It’s not news but Albania’s lack of planning laws and levels of corruption are clearly shown in the massive construction happening on every bit of idyllic beach. A bit worrying for the future. The roads are much improved though!

Location was perfect. AC works great. That’s it.

The bed was made of solid wood and was very large, but almost all of the wooden slats were loose. On top of that, there were too few slats for the size of the bed, so whenever you sat down or lay in certain spots, the mattress would sink. It was impossible to move without making a lot of noise because the loose slats creaked constantly. The first night was so uncomfortable that I asked the person in charge if I could change rooms. They told me to send a message through Booking.com, but my request was completely ignored. In the end, I had to take an unused mattress from the mezzanine, move the bed aside, and sleep on the floor. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with very limited options and poor quality. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again.
