The location is wonderful

The bathroom door was not functioning. I got locked inside. Please fix it

das Appartement ist wunderschön - offensichtlich von einer sehr guten Architektin geplant ! Komfortabel ausgestattet und jeder Zentimeter sinnvoll genutzt. Der Blick, abends von der Loggia auf die quirlige Promenade ist besser als jedes TV.

Es gab einen nicht unerheblichen Reparaturstau (lockere Dübel, aus der Wand gerissene Lampen,kaputte Türgriffe) der aber zwischenzeitlich bestimmt behoben wurde.

The location and views from the balcony was amazing. The air conditioning was much appreciated and we loved watching a concert across the road from our balcony on 2 nights.

Unfortunately the apartment was not ready for our agreed check in time of 3 pm. We were able to drop off our bags after the cleaner eventually arrived to let us in to the apartment. We then had to wait outside in the heat. The cleaner eventually finished at 4.30pm. We found 3 bowls covered in bolognaise sauce in the drawers and the sponge for washing dishes was really old which was not ideal. The crockery and utensils were not sufficient. There were no wine glasses or large tumblers, only 1 cereal bowl. Perhaps this could be looked at to ensure guests have everything they need. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack eg bottle of wine / nibbles. Also instructions on how to use the air conditioning, recommended restaurants etc.

Great location and view. Clean

Only one key for 4 people. Very inconvenient. No place to leave luggage for early arrival or late departure. Have to pay to store luggage. A/C only stays on for about an hour. Problematic at night when you’re sleeping. Gets very hot. Entrance way on ground floor and room floor are dark at night. Dangerous.
