Nice flat on top floor with great view

Fantastic location. Great view from the balcony over the old port and with the Notre Dame de la Garde . There is a big super market (groceries) close by and also a parking garage, which was way better than some "horror" reviews at googlemaps were suggesting !

There is a lift, but one has to walk at first some steep steps to reach it . Was no problem for us, but it might be a problem for someone who isn't that good with climbing stairs (with luggage). Everything else was in line with our expectations .

Good

Thé place was clean and the location and view stellar. The place is dated and simple but spacious and with some charm. I’d stay here again because in the end it was good value for the money, clean, and a great location for our family.

The bedroom air conditioner did not work fully requiring us to open the bedroom window, but it is very noisy outside so you have to pick your poison. The second bedroom does not have an AC, just a fan. These factors were the main sources of disconfort in the summer,

There are better places for the price range

The location, it was close to the old port and have the amazing view of both the church/cathedral and the port. The apartment was similar to the pictures

Lots. Of. Mosquitos. Inside the apartment, which was nightmare for someone who attracts mosquitos such as myself. Also the building have this toilet/urine smell on the first floor when you first enter from the outside. The apartment lacks air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom, which isnt ideal for summer nights.

Excellent property, must be one of the best locations in Marseille. East to get to from the airport.

Location for east access to town, views from the balcony of the lovely old port.

The apartment is on 6th floor, lift from 1st floor but that only fits 2 people. The lift was out of action for 2 days and the staircase is very dark. I reported the lift to my contact host via WhatsApp and did not get a reply, so the next day I reported it by booking.com. It was fixed then.

Apartment was more dated and badly lit than the photos show. The location can't be beat though.

The location of the room was really good, and the view from the living room was amazing. The living room was spacious. Plenty of pillows and towels/linens were provided.

The room and entire building was quite dated (which is expected, since it's in the old port); there is no elevator from the ground floor to the first floor. The outside of the apartment and some parts of the apartment smelled faintly of sewage. The toiletries provided was a dispenser of some multipurpose soap that seems to double up as shampoo. There was an empty bottle of hand soap in the apartment; we had to buy our own. At least the supermarket was really near. The parking right next to the apartment is 29.90 eur a day, if you park just across the port (Etienne D'Orves) it becomes 15.50 eur a day. There were no ceiling lights in both of the bedrooms; one bedroom only had these two desk lamps on the nightstands containing battery-operated fairy lights, which were obviously not bright enough. We had to move the standing lamp from another room over, so the bedrooms are pretty badly lit. The cute blue couch in the photos was also missing. A photo of the building entrance would have been helpful, since the entrance was totally nondescript and just says "Restaurant".

The entrance of the building is very smelly. The flat is in the 6th floor and the lift went off working the next day we arrived. It was hard for my family using the old stairs frequently

Séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement offre une magnifique vue sur le Vieux-Port, un vrai plaisir au réveil. Tout était impeccablement propre, la literie très confortable et il ne manquait rien pour passer un excellent moment. Je recommande vivement !

Sist de incalzire , apt s - a incalzit destul de greu in conditiile in care afara era foarte frig. Lipsa covoarelor . In poze erau covoare in camere . Tb musai sa ai papuci sa circuli prin casa . Garantia de 250 de euro destul de mare in raport cu ce se putea strica in apartament. Am stat in Avignon intr un apt. similar fara garantie .

Wir hatten einen wunderbarten Aufenthalt in Marseille

Lage sehr gut / top! Ausstattung sehr gut. Ausflüge an die Côte bleu und auf die Insel Frioul. Tram Bus und Metro. Altstadt, MUCEM und Grotte Cosquer

Schlüsselübergabe: niemand war erreichbar. Zuerst hatte ich keine Internetverbindung und habe das letzte Mail spät bekommen / gesehen. Der zweite Schlüssel wurde uns erst am vorletzten Tag gebracht. Fenster vom 2. Zimmer geht in den Lichtschacht: Lüften ist schwierig.

Es wäre schön gewesen, hätten wir bei 5 Nächten Wechselhandtücher bekommen. Das Bad bräuchte eine kleine Renovierung und die Kapselkaffeemaschine müsste ausgetauscht werden.

Top locatie maar niet wat ik had verwacht voor deze prijs.

De locatie vlak aan de oude haven.

In de achterste kamer stond er enkel een ventilator en was er geen airco, wat niet aangenaam was bij 33°C en een appartement dat zich op de bovenste verdieping bevindt. De trappenhal was bovendien ontzettend vuil en plakte. Ook rook het er niet fris. De lift staat op de eerste verdieping, wat een probleem kan zijn voor minder mobiele mensen. Daarnaast hangt er een lijst op het appartement van de buitensporige/overdreven kosten die ze je aanrekenen (of beter: inhouden van je waarborg waarvan je via een bericht met een link (!) op de hoogte wordt gebracht), mocht je een glas of dergelijke breken of mocht je vergeten iets naar de afvalcontainer te brengen. Van sorteren hebben ze daarentegen nog nooit gehoord.

L emplacement et la vue. Les distributeurs de savon et liquide vaisselle sont très appréciés. Appartement spacieux.

Les escaliers , pour accéder à l ascenseur il faut monter au 1er étage, pas d éclairage dans les escaliers et une rampe accolée au mur , celle ci ne peut pas être tenue par la main...nos parents âgés ont eu beaucoup de mal à se tenir et monter..... Le grill pain, la machine a expresso et le four micro-ondes sont branchés sur une multiprise,pas très sécurité ! Pour utiliser le grille pain et la machine à café qui sont posés sur une étagère, il faut les enlever et les poser sur une chaise car non utilisables sur l étagère.... Le balcon offre une très jolie vue, mais il faut monter une marche d environ 50 cm pour y accéder, nos parents âgés n ont pas pu y aller... Devant notre porte d'entrée sur le côté, des gros sacs oranges de linge sales étaient entreposés...

Odeur dans la cage d’escalier et dans la cour Propreté médiocre (poignées des porte-fenêtres sales par exemple) Cuisine mal aménagée (utilisation du grille pain et de la bouilloire pas pratique du tout) Règlement intérieur abusif avec que des sanctions financières !
