We really liked the convenience of walking to town.
I did not like that we were not able to use the boat due to the cold weather and choppiness.

Location was amazing. We were able to walk to town and enjoy the beautiful holiday lighting displays and restaurants.
Overall very good!! The main thing that the owners need to work on is the master shower. There is much mold in and out of the shower. This is both unsightly and unhealthy for customers. Also, the outdoor furniture cushions are all moldy.

The location made walking around Mount Dora easily accessible. The duplex faced Lake Dora, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.
The listing states, "Lakefront Duplex with Pontoon Boat 2 bedroom home." I was surprised to find out that to use the pontoon would cost me $528.00 for 2 days. I thought this was deceptive, and I was angry we did not have a boat to use.
