This super-clean 1 bed, 1 bath cottage sleeps up to 4 adults. "Cozy Cottage" is pet friendly and laid back with a super-fast internet connection.
Historic Mount Dora is only steps away. Enjoy the many quaint shops, restaurants and regional festivals. The rolling hills and lakeside views give this town its New England seaside charm.
Orlando theme parks are only 1 hour away. We are the perfect place to retreat after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
"The Cottage" is a quiet, comfortable space. It has a lovely bright living room with loveseat, sleeper sofa and two chairs. There’s a drop leaf captain's table that can be opened up for dining or a solid work surface.
The kitchenette has an apartment size fridge, ice maker, microwave, skillet, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils needed for light meals. There’s a fire pit and picnic table outside in a secluded garden area. .
Each room has a streaming HD TV - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bathroom has a sink that is separated from the walk-in shower that makes it convenient while getting ready for the day.
The bedroom is bright and has a queen bed, a dresser for longer stays and a comfortable chair to relax or read. The rooms are very quiet with two large closets to hang up your clothes.
We have a picnic table and fire pit with Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment! Firewood is included.

Great stay in Mount Dora! The description was accurate and the place was comfy, cozy and safe. The host was excellent in communication when we had questions. Response time was less than a minute. This is idea for Mount Dora as parking in downtown is limited. Short walk was easily accomplished and allowed to leave our car parked safely on the street across from the unit. We have stayed in the area over many years and this stay was hands down, the easiest and most enjoyable one! I highly recommend to anyone.

Within easy walking distance of shops if you are in good shape. Because of our age we elected to drive, less than 3 minutes from food or shopping. The Host was responsive to our texts and left us water, coffee pods and treats.

It was a pleasure to stay in this cottage! Debbie was a wonderful and accommodating hostess. It is so accessible to the Historic district, ( that is absolutely amazing to experience), and is within walking distance from the cottage. We will return if it is available for our dates.

Cute 1 BR with living room. Quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Mt Dora with great restaurants, shopping, walking trails and culture. Private entrance with easy keypad entry. Accessible and helpful host. Extremely comfortable queen bed. Ceiling fans and a/c window unit In br keep entire apartment cool in hottest of weather. Fridge, small microwave, toaster, electric fry pan, Keuring single serve, dishes/silverware/utensils and fold out table allow for basic small meal prep and serving. Sink area in hall serves bathroom and kitchen needs. Large shower with handrails. Ample closet space for hanging clothes and drawer space for 2 people. Comfortable stay in a great location.
